H.E. Sheikh Mansoor
Bin Khalifa Al-Thani

H.E. Sheikh Mansoor Bin Khalifa Al-Thani is a member of the Qatari ruling family and has spent more than thirty years as an entrepreneur and investor in Qatar and abroad. He began in the institutions of the State, leading the technology function of the Supreme Council of Family Affairs, where he built the enterprise systems that anticipated Qatar’s digital transformation by more than a decade.

As Founder and Chairman of MBK Holding he has since built businesses and platforms that localise industrial capability and bring new technology into Qatar’s energy and industrial sectors, and he is a long-standing adviser to founders and entrepreneurs in the Gulf and beyond. His work has been aligned throughout with Qatar National Vision 2030.

He chairs the Circle, directs its membership, and extends every invitation personally.

Leandro Slovinski

Leandro Slovinski has spent twenty years working at the intersection of governments, private capital and enterprise across Central Asia, the Gulf and Latin America. He has built direct working relationships with presidential administrations, ministries, national investment authorities, financial institutions and multinational companies across the Circle’s principal markets.

Through Beyond Investments Group, he built the Club of Investors, a network of more than 165,000 investors and decision-makers across 48 countries, representing over US$60 billion in capital. He is also Global Editorial Director of The Investor, an established international investment platform focused on emerging and high-growth markets, through which he has led more than thirty-five national investment programmes. He is based between Paris, Dubai and Doha.

He originates and qualifies the Circle’s opportunities, convenes them before its members, leads their execution in market, and stewards them beyond signature.
