Founding membership is extended personally by the Chairman, and by no other means.

Members are Qatari family offices and private investment houses of established standing, and the founding group is limited. The Circle is composed of principals, not companies: the invitation goes to a person, and the affiliation sits beneath the name.

Members act individually or alongside one another, asset by asset. There is no pooled fund and no blind pool: a member sees what is being committed to before committing to it.

Institutions wishing to partner the Circle in one of its corridors are invited to write to the Chief Executive.
